I just don't get it...

Ok, so I admit that I am totally clueless when it comes to computers....so here's what I need. Can someone please tell me how to put my music at the bottom of my page AND! Where do all of you more experienced bloggers get your cool backgrounds? At this point I think I need a 101 class on "How to" for blogging. I am soooo lost. I'm luck I've gotten this far....hee hee. Well, that's it. Any suggestions would be great...thanks!
